

Chandana Ghosh
Founder and CEO
Chandana, a management graduate from JBIMS, having over 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry has conceptualized 4Front Talent Solutions in response to the changing workforce environment and to fulfil some of the talent need-gaps felt in the industry. Her areas of expertise cuts across domains – Marketing and Brand Management, Sales & Distribution, Human Resource Management and Learning and Education.
Till June 2018, she was a Member of the Management Committee in ITC, for the FMCG Trade Marketing & Distribution Organization. As the Head of HR & Competency Development, she was responsible for leading one of the largest sales workforces of the country. The combined strength of employees, extended arm workforce and supply chain and logistics professionals was more than 35000. She was part of ITC’s FMCG journey and in her 13 years of service, she set up talent management systems and processes, that were both scalable and sustainable. Her pioneering efforts in the areas of Frontline Skilling and Sourcing, have become industry best practices.
Chandana’s passion for learning excellence and skilling was not only manifested in the corporate world; she has been involved with several premiere Business Schools as a Visiting Faculty ; including IIM Calcutta, XLRI, JBIMS, NMIMS, SIBM. Between 2001-2005, she had also undertaken an entrepreneurial venture in the name of StudyCATS- an online coaching software solution for engineering students. During the same period she had engaged in several Corporate MDP programs in association with the Management Institutes.
More recently, she had spearheaded the formulation of the National Occupational Standards for the FMCG Feet on Street roles, under the aegis of NSDC and in alliance with the Retail Sector Skill Council, RASCI.
Prior to ITC and her venture into Learning, Chandana had spent more than a decade with lead FMCG organizations; managing senior roles in Brand Management and Sales & Distribution. Her experience spans across organizations like HUL, Lakme and Marico.
Her marketing insights and S&D experience has enabled her to develop appropriate talent solutions that are aligned to the business needs.
